Do you have free Wi-Fi? If so, what’s the Wi-Fi password?
Our wi-fi network is free to customers. The password is townpublic and the wi-fi name is TownPublic.
Where are you located?
We are located at 500 3rd St SE, East Wenatchee WA 98801.
How do I cancel a service or rental booking?
You can give us a call at (509)888-5000 and ask for the Service or Rental department so that they can assist you.
Do you have rentals?
Yes, we do have rentals. We use current model Toyota’s and have a large selection.
What are your dealership hours?
- Our Parts and Service Department hours are M-F: 7am-6pm, Saturday: 8am-6pm.
- Sales M-F: 8am-8pm, Saturday: 9am-6pm
- Collision Center M-F: 8am-5pm
- Rentals M-F: 7am-5:30pm, Saturday: 9am-5:30pm
Do you have a first-time buyer’s program?
Yes, we have a first-time buyer’s program
Do you take financing through other banks?
Yes, we work through many local, regional, and national banks to get you approved.
Can I pay a down payment at a later time?
Yes, we make a contract and state a date when the down payment is due.
Do you offer service contracts when buying a car?
Yes, we offer service contracts when purchasing a vehicle.
What type of financing rates do you have on used cars?
We have super low rates on all of our used car inventory.
Can you get a new vehicle from a different Toyota dealer?
Yes, we can get new vehicles from a different Toyota dealer.
Rentals
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
You need to be 21 or older, have a credit card, and proof of insurance.
Are pets allowed in rentals?
No, service animals are the only exception to having an animal in the vehicle.
What happens if I’m in an accident in the rental?
Call the police, then call (509)888-5000 and get a police report.
What are the payment options for a rental?
Credit cards and pay up front.
Can we take rentals out of state?
No, you cannot take a rental out of state.
What time do I need to drop off a rental?
You can drop off a rental any time during our Rental Hours listed above.
Parts and Service
Do you have a shuttle?
Yes! Our shuttle service runs every hour from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, except between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM for a lunch break. Ask your service advisor for more details and availability.
Do you have a waiting area?
Yes, we have a waiting area with a snack and drink vending machine, wi-fi, TV, magazines and a phone-charging station.
What happens if there is a weird noise coming from the rental?
Bring it back and we can assess the damage and swap it out for a different rental if necessary.
How often do I need to get an oil change?
You should be getting an oil change every 5k miles or 6 months with conventional oil. For Synthetic oil, every 10k miles to 12 months, however we still need to see you every 5k miles for an inspection.
Do you work on other makes and models?
Yes, we do maintenance and mechanical repairs on other makes and models.
Do you have loaner vehicles?
We do not have loaner vehicles; however, we do have rental vehicles.
How long does an oil change take?
It’s about a 1-hour process with the complimentary multi-point inspection, oil and filter change.

Can you order parts for my vehicle?
Yes, we can order parts and accessories for your vehicle.
What type of repair work can you do?
We do every repair on Toyotas. For other makes and models, give us a call at (509)888-5000 and ask for the Service Department to get more details.
Can you do repairs on my old Toyota?
Yes, we do repairs for any and all age Toyota’s.
Can you work on Lexus’s?
Yes, we can, call us regarding warranty work and recalls.
Do you do mobile repairs?
Unfortunately, we don’t do any mobile repairs.
Can I finance repairs?
Yes, there are Toyota rewards and credit cards for financing repairs.
What’s the ticking noise on my vehicle?
You can make an appointment so that we can access what the ticking noise might be.
Can I just drive in for Service?
You can definitely drive-in without an appointment. However, we are an appointment-based shop and we can’t guarantee a time frame for the service needed on your vehicle. We highly suggest you make an appointment over the phone.
Can you guys pick up my car for a service appointment?
We cannot pick up any vehicles for service due to liability reasons.
Do you do after-hours maintenance?
We do not offer after-hours maintenance. We do have an early bird/night owl drop-off service.
Where do I go for my service appointment?
When you get to Toyota, head towards the garage door that says Service, drive up slowly to the garage door and it will automatically open for you. Upon entering the service drive, you’ll be greeted and shown to your advisor.
